FIGS, The Lululemon Of Healthcare Apparel, Softly Opens Up At 1625 Walnut Street

The store is finessing details in preparation for a bigger launch next month.

It’s been over a year since the sign for the first FIGS store in Philly first went up, after Free People moved across the street, but who’s counting, because it’s open and it looks great.

The first community hub for the leading brand that made healthcare apparel a fashionable and comfortable thing had a soft opening this month, featuring the FIGS Olympic collection (they were the official sponsor of the U.S. Olympics medical team).

The second floor will have a cafe and the plan is to host gatherings for healthcare professionals. The ground floor has clothing but the overall feel is that of a showroom, in a good way.

One of the neatest things? An on-site embroidery station!

FIGS is finessing some of the details and also solving some air conditioning issues (old buildings, you know?) but they’re open so stop by anytime!
