The Official Site & Waiting List For The Josephine At 1620 Sansom St Has Launched
The original timeline was for move-ins to begin this summer, and it looks like it’s on track.
Today the official site for The Josephine at 1620 Sansom launched and while it slipped in some new details, such as the pool and the finishes, it’s keeping us waiting longer for floorplans and, of course, pricing.
First off, let’s give the marketing and web people a round of applause because both the visuals and the copy are stellar. It’s hard to do marketing, particularly luxury where you’re supposed to relay a vibe. So kudos to them for that, because they’re going head to head with their sibling 1909 Rittenhouse (the rentals within The Laurel), The Atlantic, The Piazza, and even The Sterling, to some degree, that touts their luxury finishes.
When looking at the marketing and the details on the building and units, it seems like it’s going head-to-head with The Atlantic because we can’t remember 1909 Rittenhouse offering these condo-level finishes.
We’re really interested in seeing the floorplans and, of course, pricing, particularly as new buildings Jessup House at 1134 Sansom St and 3737 Chestnut have debuted. Neither of them is in Rittenhouse, but still…
