Craving Tiki Drinks? Here Are The 3 Best Bars In Rittenhouse To Chill Tiki-Style

Tiki drinks are having a well-deserved moment in Philly and what’s a better time to enjoy them than now?

We’re deep into a hot, hot, hot summer which means, if you aren’t leaving for the shore, then it’s tiki time in the city! Here are 3 of the best bars in Rittenhouse to have the full tiki experience.

SPINTIKI @ SPIN

SPIN is the ping pong place where you can drink and eat while hitting some small balls across a table. Added bonus: 18 year-olds and under are okay to go before 9pm but then it turns into a full on party, complete with a DJ. Through Labor Day SPINTIKI is in full session with straw decorated ping pong tables, a fun tiki drinks menu like The Jungle Bird and frozen drinks plus inspired light bites. Like all of SPIN’s food and drinks they are delicious.

Spin is at 211 S 15th St and, if you want, you can reserve a table here.

Kedera Tiki Bar @Uptown Beer Garden

Uptown Beer Garden has been a great addition to a neighborhood that is in-between Market, which is still kind of dead due to the WFH movement and JFK Blvd, which has always been a busy thoroughfare. However, their new tiki pop-up Kedera is an adorable spot to explore food and drink. The drinks are served in colorful vessels and there are plenty of options for themed food. I haven’t personally tried it but people have been raving about it on TikTok.

Visit Kedera at 1500 JFK Blvd.

Tiki Tuesdays @Franklin Mortgage

Franklin Mortgage & Investment has been serving stellar and experimental tiki drinks since 2017. Unlike SPIN and Kedera they do serve tiki drinks all year round but Tiki Tuesdays is their homage to Upstairs Tiki, a pre-Covid tiki dedicated lounge. And if you think the impressive bartenders do anything halfway at Franklin Investment, did you see that coconut concoction?!

Luckily Franklin Mortgage takes reservations on Resy and you can find them at 1715 Rittenhouse Square.
