New Place For Coffee, Cocktails, Dinner, Maybe Coworking & Chilling: Enswell From Rival Bros Coffee Is Open On Spruce St
The pretty Art Deco inspired space that is a coffee shop in the AM and restaurant in the PM has opened at The Touraine.
If it’s one thing WFH’ers want from their neighborhood is a nice coffee shop to work from. Elixir, La Colombe, Alchemy, Ultimo, hell, even the Capital One cafe (!!) are generally busy during the weekday. Now we can add a lovely looking Enswell from Rival Bros coffee at 1528 Spruce Street to the list.
Giving us vibes reminiscent of K’Far this new iteration of Enswell (they have one on Lombard and were open pre-COVID) has velvet seats, gold accents, and even bottles for sale. PhillyVoice has the deets on the team and apparently the Executive Chef Andrew Farley is fabulous.
Fun note: the cocktails were concocted by Superfolie’s drinks director and all feature spirits from New Liberty Distilling plus there are mocktails, beer, and wine.
The space is larger than their storefront on 24th and Lombard we hear.
