Red October AND Spooky Szn is the gift that keeps giving with fun eye candy.
Decorating in a city is always a challenge. Decor disappears, sometimes reappears blocks away, pumpkins get smashed…things happen. However, Philadelphians are a determined bunch and never give up. This year, like the Phillies, Rittenhouse residents came out to play and the result is some fun and some spooky decor that you’ll find while randomly walking around.
