Arson Determined For House On Fire At Moravian & 20th St In Rittenhouse

The Rittenhouse Facebook Group first shared the news on the 23rd. This is the second arson incident in the Rittenhouse area 😰.

Make sure your Ring camera is working if you own a home. There was a serious fire on Moravian this past week that the fire marshal declared an arson. Note that this is the 2nd incident in less than two months.

Luckily no one was hurt. The fire marshal is looking for any recordings that could help find the arsonist.

This is unfortunately the second incident in the area. The first one was an attempt made on June 22nd where cops luckily caught him before the fire destroyed the home at Rittenhouse Square and 22nd.
